Total Station Nikon Nivo 5M memiliki ketelitian 5 Detik yang dapat mengukur dengan tepat dan juga akurat. Lalu, di lengkapi dengan LCD untuk memudahkan mengetahui hasil dari pengukuran.

Kemudian baterai yang mampu bertahan lama sehingga anda dapat menggunakan alat ini untuk pengukuran dalam jangka waktu yang lama tanpa takut kehabisan daya baterai.

Lalu alat ini mampu mengukur jarak 500 meter tanpa prisma (reflectorless), pengukuran jarak 4000 meter dengan prisma dan juga mampu menyimpan hingga 50.000 point.
